Darshan Thoogudeep Before Getting Into the Industry
Darshan Thoogudeep was born in Ponnampet, Kodagu, Karnataka, India. But now, he is settled in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
He completed his schooling till 12th class in a high school in Karnataka state. Darshan Thoogudeep has gone to a training institute Ninasam, Shimoga. He was interested in doing films. He finished his education in Mysore.
For a long time, he did a projectionist job after graduation. Later, he worked as an assistant cameraman under B.C. Gowrishankar. Consequently, he started fetching movie opportunities.
He did a supporting role in Mahabharata and then in films like Devara Maga(2000), Ellara Mane Dosenoo(2000), Makkalu(2000) and Mr Harishchandra(2001). But he didn’t gain any recognition.
Later, he was offered to play a role of the main lead character in the movie Majestic directed by P.N. Satya which was released in 2001. It was his debut movie in Kannada.
He has also done a Tamil film. Now, he has a huge fan following across Karnataka state.
