She completed her schooling till 10th in a high school in Karnataka, India. She did her intermediate in R.N. Shetty P.U. College, Kundapura, Udupi, Karnataka, India.

She is a graduate of engineering from AMC Engineering College, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Bhoomi Shetty always wanted to be an actress from when she was young.

So, she worked very hard to reach up to this stage. She got into a theatre group after her high school.
